Flu season is upon us! Symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, headache, muscle aches and extreme fatigue.
There are several ways to reduce your risk of getting the flu:
Get your vaccination!
Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze!
Practice good hygiene & hand washing!
If you feel sick, STAY AT HOME, if possible!
